The novelty of the LOAD EASY 2000 is primarily to protect the wrapped bale by not inserting forklift tines into the bale and through the wrapping. Thus, the nutritional value of the bale is maintained, ensuring better animal nutrition. This simplistic design operates as an eccentric hitch attached onto a tractor and encompasses a proprietary lifting design, mounted on the trailer. The movable eccentric hitch extending to either sides enables the LOAD EASY 2000 to self-load bale silages continuously in the same direction in which the baler travels. It uses its hydraulic arm to scoop up bales onto the trailer, while in transit and without stopping.
The LOAD EASY 2000 aims to reduce the energy content of bale handling by providing a simple, effective, and energy-minimizing solution for bale pick-up, transport and offloading. By integrating the operation in one tool, one also minimizes the resource footprint of the farmer. More is achieved with less. This approach ensures the least waste of mineral resources, energy and capital. Loading or harvesting at any height or row width, without any damage to the silage cover or product, ultimately protecting existing crops and fields.
